On March 17, 2021, the third session of the practical course Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategies, offered by our firm at Fudan University Law School, commenced.
This course is one of the most popular among students at Fudan University and has been recognized as a Fudan University Outstanding Practical Course. This marks the fourth time our firm has entered the Fudan campus to teach students. Enrollment for this semester was limited to 40 students and was fully booked shortly after registration opened.
The third session focused on company resolution disputes, adopting a case-based teaching and discussion approach. Using three real cases as examples, the session provided an in-depth analysis of the judicial standards for invalid, non-existent, and voidable company resolutions. It also introduced practical skills such as litigation visualization.
During the class, students actively engaged in thinking and enthusiastically answered questions. The session concluded with a warm round of applause, and the students left with smiles on their faces.
