On March 10, 2021, the second session of the practical course Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategies, offered by our firm at Fudan University Law School, commenced.
This course is one of the most popular among students at Fudan University and has been recognized as a Fudan University Outstanding Practical Course. This marks the fourth time our firm has entered the Fudan campus to teach students. Enrollment for this semester was limited to 40 students and was fully booked shortly after registration opened.
The second session focused on the cause of action related to shareholder capital contribution disputes, adopting a case-based teaching and discussion approach. Using a real case as an example, the session provided an in-depth analysis of the judicial standards for this cause of action. After the session, which was packed with practical insights, the classroom erupted in enthusiastic applause, and the participants expressed that they had gained valuable knowledge.
