On March 3, 2021, the practical innovation course series Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategies, offered by our firm at Fudan University Law School, officially began. This course is one of the most popular among students at Fudan University and has been recognized as a Fudan University Outstanding Practical Course. This marks the fourth time our firm has entered the Fudan campus to teach students.
Enrollment for this semester was limited to 40 students and was fully booked shortly after registration opened. For the first session, in addition to the enrolled students, many others attended as auditors due to the course's reputation, bringing the total number of participants to over 70.
The course adopts a case-based teaching, discussion, and role-playing approach, using real cases to provide in-depth analysis of each shareholder dispute. It guides students to participate in simulated litigation and negotiation scenarios, helping them develop the ability to identify and analyze equity-related legal risks and master the methods and thought processes for resolving shareholder disputes through "litigation + negotiation."
