On September 18, 2021, Yu Xun, Director of the Social Collaboration Department of East China University of Political Science and Law, and Han Jingnan, Deputy Secretary-General of the University Foundation, visited our firm for an exchange. During the exchange meeting, Lawyer Gu introduced the firm's legal service offerings using the "4+1" framework: shareholder disputes, equity incentives, equity financing, corporate governance, and an additional area of expertise, such as taxation, finance, or management.

Shareholder dispute resolution is the firm's core legal expertise and primary focus. Lawyer Gu mentioned that to concentrate on shareholder disputes, the firm discontinued general corporate legal advisory services, dedicating more resources to researching and resolving shareholder disputes. He showcased the firm's extensive research achievements in this field, including the books Partners: A Comprehensive Guide to Shareholder Dispute Legal Issues and Redefining Equity Incentives.

Director Yu and Deputy Secretary-General Han acknowledged Lawyer Song's contributions as a part-time professor at the university's Law School and the firm's support for student initiatives. They highly praised the firm's professional philosophy and expressed hope for deeper, long-term collaboration with the university, incorporating more elements of East China University of Political Science and Law.

Deputy Secretary-General Han is the Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Higher Education Development Foundation and the Secretary-General of the Ethnic Union of East China University of Political Science and Law.
