Lawyers from Jiangsu, Guangdong, Hubei, Shandong, Anhui, Henan, Ningxia, and other regions across the country, many with over a decade or two of practice experience, made special trips to Zhengzhou to attend the course.

The course adopted a case-based teaching approach, using cases adapted from various shareholder dispute cases handled by our firm. It integrated key aspects of corporate governance and equity structure design into these cases, making the course both engaging and detailed. This approach allowed the principles of the Company Law to be applied to practical operations, addressing the common issue of theoretical courses being "easy to learn but hard to apply."

During the course, the participating lawyers reflected on and discussed the practical challenges presented in the real cases shared by Lawyer Gu. They also engaged in in-depth exchanges with Lawyer Gu about the difficulties and uncertainties they had encountered in handling Company Law-related cases.

This teaching process was also a learning experience for us, contributing to the refinement of our corporate governance and equity structure design system. As one experienced participant remarked after the course: "A teacher's value is not determined by age, nor is ambition limited by youth. The pursuit of knowledge knows no order. Although the Company Law is about to be revised and five judicial interpretations have already been issued, these are far from sufficient to meet the needs of societal development and practical realities. Practical issues in corporate disputes still require in-depth exploration. What happens abroad also happens in China; what occurs in big cities will eventually occur in smaller ones. Learning and drawing from experience is the only way forward."

This mutual learning process has reinforced our commitment to the spirit of craftsmanship, continuing to delve deeply into the fields of corporate law and tax law, and striving to be a law firm specializing in equity matters.
