On January 21, 2021, the Shanghai Technology Exchange presented a letter of appointment to Lawyer Gu Liping from our firm, designating him as a think tank expert. In this role, Lawyer Gu will provide intellectual support in areas such as enterprise risk management, corporate governance, technical due diligence, and equity asset management.

Established in 1993, the Shanghai Technology Exchange is the first national-level permanent technology market jointly established by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government. To date, the exchange has gathered 20 universities and research institutions, 30 various transaction service agencies, and 60 enterprises, including state-owned enterprises and listed companies. It has facilitated over 5,000 technological achievements for entry, with intended technology procurement amounts totaling 400 million yuan and intended listing and transfer amounts reaching 1 billion yuan.
