On March 12, 2025, the third session of the Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation course, offered by S&G at Fudan University Law School, commenced.

This session, delivered by Lawyer Gu, maintained the group discussion format and focused on the following issues:

1. How to determine the amount of loss suffered by the shareholder due to the inability to liquidate in a company that has been revoked and not canceled;

2. How to determine the full fulfillment of the obligation of capital contribution when the capital contribution is made at the price of the proprietary technology;

3. How to determine the order of hearings of a shareholder interest damage liability dispute and a shareholder capital contribution dispute when both shareholders have filed a lawsuit respectively.
