In January 2022, a group company engaged our firm’s lawyers as specialized legal advisors for equity-related matters, entrusting us with a corporate governance legal services project.

This service involves the design of corporate governance solutions, as well as the identification, analysis, and evaluation of legal risks for the group company and its 16 subsidiaries. Our firm will adjust the equity structure through methods such as equity transfers and capital increases, design equity transaction models, tailor exit mechanisms for shareholders, and provide tax planning services.
