On 29th April, 2021, a dispute over a request for change of company registration undertaken by our firm was adjudicated.

The plaintiff requested the court to order the removal of the legal representative of the business registration, our lawyers represented the company's major shareholders as a third party to participate in the litigation. The defendant is now in the state of revocation not cancelled.

Our lawyers opinion:

On the one hand, the plaintiff is not only for the titular chairman and legal representative, in the company did not make the resolution of the chairman of the board of directors, the plaintiff's claim is not established.

On the other hand, the legal representative belongs to the business licence, according to the company law, change the business licence should be issued; But the defendant was revoked, the company business licence shall be collected, can't change the business licence, therefore, the company was revoked does not have to change the registration of the legal representative of the conditions.

The court of first instance adopted my lawyer's opinion, the judgement rejected the plaintiff's request.
