At 9:00 a.m. on January 13, 2021, the second court session of a dispute over the request for company registration change handled by our firm was held at the Pudong People's Court.

The plaintiff in this case is the chairman and legal representative of the defendant company, our client is the major shareholder of the defendant company, and the defendant company is currently in a state of being revoked but not deregistered.

The court focused on investigating such facts as whether the plaintiff actually participated in the operation and management of the defendant company, whether there was a substantial interest relationship between the plaintiff and the defendant, and whether the plaintiff effectively served the expression of his intention to resign from the positions of chairman and legal representative to the shareholders of the company. The parties involved debated on the disputed issues such as whether the industrial and commercial registration of the legal representative can be removed after the company is revoked.
