On January 13, 2021, the second court session of the dispute case over the request for company registration change handled by our firm is about to be held.

Our client is the major shareholder of the target company.

Previously, the lawyers of our firm represented the client in applying to the court to participate in the lawsuit as a third party. After deliberation by the trial tribunal, the court has now agreed to add our client as a third party.
