Last spring, we had hosted a three-day "Shareholder Dispute Litigation and Negotiation Strategy" practice training camp in Fudan with the Fudan University Law Association, which were strongly supported by teachers and students of Fudan Law School. The students were enthusiastic. Our lawyers have been deeply impressed by their long-term research in the field of shareholder disputes and rich teaching experience in litigation negotiation.

On January 5, 2019, Partner Song Haijia and Partner Gu Liping were invited to attend the Practice Course Teaching Workshop of Fudan University Law School and were hired as Practice Course Tutors of Fudan University. In the future, Song and Gu will offer postgraduate elective courses in Fudan University Law School. They will share and disseminate their accumulated practical experience and research results over the years. They will discuss and make progress together with more young students who are interested in becoming professional equity lawyers through ingenious case teaching methods.
