On March 1, 2018, partner Song Haijia was re-appointed by the Shanghai Science and Technology Commission as the government legal advisor. Mr Song has been long focusing on the research and practice of corporate law and tax law, actively participating in volunteer activities, and supporting technology enterprises all year round. Mr. Song has provided legal services for many national key scientific and technological enterprises.

During the years of legal research and practice, Mr Song insisted on in-depth understandings of the development needs of science and technology enterprises and relevant policies. He also undertook the Eastern Technology Transfer Center Legal Service Platform Project, one of the 14 major projects in Shanghai in 2014, and served as the general counsel of the project.
