Case Undertaken by Song & Gu Enters into CEIBS Negotiation Course

Recently, a shareholder dispute case undertaken by S&G was selected as a case study for the negotiation course of the China Europe International Business School.

This case takes a shareholder dispute case as the research object, aiming at solving shareholder disputes through the use of “litigation + negotiation” strategy, the course inspires the participants to understand the deep-seated needs of the other parties, evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of both parties, and degerming the price; it also teaches how to manage the core team in a negotiation, avoids internal conflicts of interest, determines the role and role positioning of the team's internal personnel; how to utilize the time management in the negotiation, and how to design a fair process to meet the interests of all parties.




On March 30, 2019, Song Haijia was invited by the China Europe International Business School to participate in the EMBA negotiation course. In the classroom, Song gave a lecture on how to activating the negotiation tools for shareholder dispute litigation, based on ‘time, degree and way’, and encouraged the participants to actively participate in the discussion and interaction.
