On September 8, 2019, partner Song Haijia and partner Gu Liping arrive at Peking University, and gave a lecture on ‘Methods of Designing Equity Structure’. They continue their way of teaching by case studies and communication. Through the cases undertaken by the firm, the audience understands the practical ways to ensure company equity safety and transfer safety. Economic-friendly methods are taught along with strategies to prevent and control shareholder disputes. Over 80 entrepreneurs, business executives, and senior lawyers participate in this lecture.
