On October 26, 2019, the second day of S&G course, S&G Founder and Senior Partner Song Haijia gives a brief review on the first day’s course and leads into resuming talks practice. After listening to different groups’ claims and analysis, Song and Gu added more theorical knowledge as supplement.

In the afternoon, Lawyer Tian Tingfeng from Sunhold Law Offices gives a lecture on lawyer’s future in a big data era, in which he predicts in the future, lawyers will have three directions: offering judgement, offering knowledge, and offering solutions. At last, he calls on peers of different expertise all over China to share resources for future development.

Tomorrow, students will be randomly divided into majority shareholder group and minority shareholder group and negotiate in 4 vs 4 form, trying to sign a settlement agreement.
