On the morning of March 31, the 11th Shanghai Lawyers Congress was held at the International Conference Center. Partner Gu Liping participated in the meeting as one of the youngest representatives. By the end of 2018, there were 25,500 practicing lawyers in Shanghai, including 280 lawyer representatives, accounting for only 1.09% of the total number of lawyers. Each lawyer representative was selected by the constituency in a 90:1 ratio and passed a strict qualification review.
