Last spring, we held a three-day “shareholder dispute litigation and negotiation strategy” practice training camp with Fudan University Law Masters Association in Fudan. 

The training camp was strongly supported by teachers and students of Fudan Law School. The students participated enthusiastically and the response was enthusiastic. Our lawyers have left a deep impression on the students with their long-term experience in the field of shareholder disputes and their rich teaching experience in litigation negotiations.

Thanks to the love, on January 5, 2019, our lawyers Song Haijia and Gu Liping were invited to attend the Fudan University Law School Practical Course Teaching Workshop, and both were employed as Fudan University Practical Course Instructors for a period of 2 years. In the future, Lawyer Song and Mr. Gu will offer postgraduate elective courses at Fudan University Law School, sharing and disseminating their accumulated practical experience and research results over the years. Through ingenious case teaching methods, and more interested in becoming professional equity lawyers. Young students explore and make progress together.
